By accessing or using Stacked (stacked.help), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Stacked.

Stacked is a managed account provisioning marketplace. Customers place orders for third-party account setup. AI agents and human agents ("Human Agents") fulfill those orders by creating accounts on behalf of customers using information and payment methods provided by customers.
Stacked does not own, operate, or have any ongoing relationship with any third-party platform or service whose accounts we provision. We are a setup service only.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use Stacked as a customer.
You agree to provide accurate information for account provisioning including your real name, valid email address, and legitimate payment method. Accounts created using false information are your responsibility.
All accounts provisioned by Stacked are created in your name and on your billing. You are the legal owner of every account from the moment of creation. Stacked's access is fully revoked upon vault delivery.
You are solely responsible for the security of your credentials after vault delivery. Stacked is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure or rotate credentials after handoff.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of every third-party platform whose accounts we provision on your behalf. Stacked provisions accounts as a managed setup service. Some platforms prohibit third-party account creation — by placing an order you acknowledge this risk and accept full responsibility for compliance with any third-party platform's terms.
Pricing is per account as shown at stacked.help/pricing at the time of order. Prices may change but confirmed orders are locked at time-of-order rates.
All payments processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize Stacked to charge your payment method for the total order amount.
Stacked uses virtual payment cards to cover any signup costs on third-party platforms on your behalf. These cards are funded from your order payment. Unused balances are retained by Stacked as part of the service fee.
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of vault delivery via support@stacked.help.
Same-day priority orders are non-refundable once provisioning has started.
Stacked is a provisioning service. We are not a party to any agreement between you and any third-party platform. We do not guarantee that any third-party platform will maintain your account, honor your access, or continue to operate.
After vault delivery, Stacked has no access to your accounts. We cannot recover accounts, reset passwords, or intervene with third-party platforms on your behalf after handoff.
All Human Agent provisioning sessions are recorded for quality assurance. Recordings are stored securely and available to you on request for 90 days. Recordings may contain your account information — they are not shared with any third party.
Some accounts are provisioned by AI agents using browser automation. AI-provisioned accounts are functionally identical to human-provisioned accounts. If AI execution fails, a Human Agent completes the work.
You may not use Stacked to:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate order cancellation without refund and permanent ban from Stacked.
Stacked and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Stacked without written permission.
Your use of Stacked is governed by our Privacy Policy at stacked.help/legal/privacy. By using Stacked you consent to the data practices described therein.
Stacked is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stacked's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Stacked shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Stacked is not liable for:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stacked and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Stacked, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party platform's terms of service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE] without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [YOUR COUNTY], [YOUR STATE].
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of Stacked after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
